We are happy to exchange a necklace chain within seven days from the date of delivery. The returned chain must be in new, usable condition in order to be exchanged. Once your order is placed, it will be put on hold until the original chain is received for the exchange.
The pricing is based on upgrading to a longer, more expensive chain. For those exchanges that do not require a price adjustment, you will see a "$0" charge.

There is also an upgrade fee if you are choosing a length that is not within the original price range. Complete original necklace must be returned to studio so that all charms can be properly placed on the new chain.
