May I return my personalized piece?
Personalized pieces are those where we personalize a design for you - this is inclusive of names, dates, initials, and birthstones. Because each piece is custom, we do not issue refunds or exchanges on personalized jewelry. This policy extends to hand-stamped and engraved personalized jewelry and birthstone jewelry. Single initial pieces are also considered personalized since they are made to order. However we do want our customers to be happy. If you are dissatisfied in any way, please contact our studio in writing within seven days of receiving your piece and we will see what we can do to help you.
May I return my non-personalized piece?
Non-personalized and vintage pieces are those that may be purchased directly without engraved or hand-stamped personalization. Vintage or new, non-personalized pieces may be returned within fourteen days from package delivery for a store credit or refund in the original manner of payment. If your product qualified for free shipping, the actual price of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Return tags MUST be attached - sorry no exceptions. Return requests must be submitted in writing within fourteen days of package delivery via our Contact Form, original tags must be attached to the piece and a valid RMA must be issued by Three Sisters Jewelry.
May I return my worn piece?
In certain situations and at the discretion of Three Sisters Jewelry, we will offer a return on worn pieces. Pieces that present as new will be refunded the purchase price minus shipping fees. Pieces that show as worn or showing a defect outside of a manufacturing fault will be refunded the purchase price minus a minimum 25% repair fee/restocking fee and shipping fees. This determination will be at the discretion of Three Sisters Jewelry.
May I return my Sale or Clearance piece?
Non-personalized pieces may be returned but for store credit only. Return tags MUST be attached - sorry no exceptions. Return requests must be submitted in writing within seven days of package delivery via our Contact Form, original tags must be attached to the piece and a valid RMA must be issued by Three Sisters Jewelry.
Do you offer free returns?
Three Sisters Jewelry does not offer free returns. If a product qualified for free shipping the cost of the shipping label will be deducted from your return. If you request a return label, the fee will also be deducted from your total. The following are guidelines for the cost of shipment each way:
$5: $50 - $200
$10: $201 - $400
$20: $401 - $800
Additional fees will apply for rushed/expedited orders.
If you opt-in for Route Insurance at check-out the shipping costs will be less.
Damaged product returns will not be accepted. If a product is return in damaged condition or not in original packaging, a repair/restocking fee will be issued. There are no exceptions to this policy.
