At Three Sisters Jewelry Design, we strive to provide our customers with exceptional service and timely delivery. Whether you are shopping during non-holiday seasons or looking for that perfect gift for Christmas or Mother's Day, we have you covered. Non-Holiday Seasons

During non-holiday times, we aim to process and ship orders within 10 business days. Please note that Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are not counted as production days. It is important to keep in mind that this timeframe does not include shipping transit time.
To ensure fairness and efficiency, we process orders on a first in, first out basis. Our dedicated team works diligently to ship orders as quickly as possible. In most cases, you can expect your order to be shipped within a few days.

Holiday Season (Winter Holidays & Mother's Day)

During the holiday season, specifically for the Winter Holidays and Mother's Day, we have special shipping considerations in place.
For domestic holiday shipping, we guarantee delivery by a certain date, such as Christmas. However, we cannot guarantee a specific time frame for delivery. Please keep in mind that shipping carriers may experience delays during peak holiday periods.
International orders for holiday delivery pose additional challenges due to the unpredictable nature of international shipping, especially close to the holidays. As a result, we are unable to guarantee delivery dates for international orders during the holiday season.

How are Products Wrapped?
Every order is wrapped in one pouch and if the item contains stones, we will also include the piece in a box. If you would like each piece wrapped individually, you may order gift wrapping or individual pouches on our website. 

Is Three Sisters responsible for Shipping/Transit times?

Three Sisters guarantees to ship in accordance with the shipping option selected. Because we are not affiliated with shipping companies, we are unable to guarantee their time frames as their system is out of our control. We recommend understanding the shipping options offered to ensure you select the method that best services your needs. If you have specific questions - please contact us prior to placing your order so we can guide you toward the correct shipping option.


Will Three Sisters refund my shipping charges if the the postal company does not meet their guarantee?

Since delivery is outside of our control we do not offer refunds on shipping charges if a third party does not meet their guarantee. We are more than happy to file a claim on your behalf.

Once you have selected and paid for Route Insurance, please be aware that we are unable to refund the Route expense due to the terms instituted by Route. Therefore, it is essential to carefully consider your decision before adding this insurance option to your order. Which shipping option should I select for Domestic Orders?

USPS Domestic First Class, Uninsured: Standard delivery for this method is 5-7 business days after it leaves our studio. While this method is the most economical, USPS does not guarantee shipping times with this method of service.

USPS Domestic Priority Shipping: Standard delivery for this method is 1-3 business days after the order leaves our studio. Although USPS quotes a 1-3 day delivery time frame for this method, USPS does not offer a money-back-guarantee for this delivery method. While most often it's a dependable shipping method, it is not guaranteed.

UPS Domestic: Standard delivery for this method is dependent upon the option chosen. Ground ships from San Diego, California. UPS guarantees delivery time frames, therefore their pricing is more costly. If you absolutely must receive your package within a certain time frame after Production, we recommend UPS as they will refund postage if they don't meet their guarantee.

If I select an expedited shipping option, how long until my order ships?

Orders ship within five business days during non-holiday times. Expedited shipping methods does not create a quicker production time. i.e. if 3day Shipping is selected, the piece will not be produced and shipped within three days for a three day delivery. During gift giving holidays, our turn around time changes.  Each piece is custom made and great care goes into creating orders which in turn takes time. We do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible.

What are your International Shipping Options?

We currently ship to all locations serviced by UPS as UPS is our international shipping service. We also utilize USPS for Australia and Canada.

USPS International First Class: Standard delivery for this method is 14-30 business days after it leaves our studio. USPS does not guarantee international shipping times.

USPS International Priority: Standard delivery for this method is 7-14 business days after it leaves our studio. USPS does not guarantee international shipping times.

UPS International Options: Standard delivery for this method is based on the option chosen.

* A note on International Shipping: Often times the local post office will hold your package without notifying you in order to collect duties or additional fees. Please take your tracking number to your local post office to retrieve your package.

Does Three Sisters pay international duties on my behalf?

Three Sisters is not responsible for duties or additional taxes owed on International shipments. It is highly recommended to contact your country's customs office to determine custom's fees prior to ordering.

If my order does not ship within the time frame offered by the postal carrier, will Three Sisters refund my shipping charges?

We do not refund shipping charges paid to third party carriers on customer's behalf for orders not delivered on time.  To secure the most timely delivery we recommend expedited UPS as it's the most dependable and they will refund charges for deadlines not met. Three Sisters does not pursue reimbursements from mail services for late packages.
