The Fine Print:
Personalized jewelry may be returned for store credit only. Please note that our Return Policy does not apply to custom pieces or Sale items - ie. custom metal options, custom engravings outside of our Text Visualizer tools and upgraded birthstones. Personalized sale items and Custom Personalized pieces are final sale. A written request for a store credit return must be received and acknowledged by Three Sisters Jewelry’s Customer Service within 14 days of package delivery. All original packaging, labels and tags must be attached when returning the items. Packages returned without original pieces are subject to a restocking fee. If your returned item qualified for free shipping, the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from your store credit amount. Jewelry that has been worn will not be accepted.
