Trade Up Policy
Three Sisters lifetime trade-up policy allows you to upgrade your personalized charm towards the purchase of a new custom charm subject to the following policy.
- Trade-ins are awarded the value of the original Three Sisters personalized charm purchase price minus a 30% restocking fee.
- The purchase price of the upgrade must be double the original charm purchase price or more.
- One item of trade per purchase.
- Trade up policy applies to personalized charms only.
- Sale, Chains, Birthstones, Vintage Jewelry and Clearance Charms are excluded.
For example, if you purchased a personalized charm for $50, you will get a $35 credit to trade-in towards a purchase of a Three Sisters personalized charm/charms valued at $100 or more.
