A note about opening and closing the connector. Please be careful opening and closing the connector - if forced or pulled too harshly, the metal may bend causing the connector to loosen. All connectors are tested prior to leaving our studio. If your connector arrives loose and you do not feel a snap when closed, please notify us in writing prior to wearing your piece. If you connector becomes loose over time and you do not feel a snap when closed, please do not wear it and take it a jeweler for inspection. You may also contact us for a repair quote.
Connector Warranty: All connector locks are tested prior to leaving our studio. If you have a loose connection, please notify us in writing prior to wearing your piece and within 7 days of receipt. We do not guarantee connectors against manufacturing defects after they have been worn.
Please allow one additional week in addition to our standard production time for 10K and 14K pieces. These pieces are cast to order and take additional time to create.
