Non-Personalized Jewelry Return Policy
Non-personalized jewelry may be returned for a full refund. Non-personalized jewelry includes but is not limited to chains, vintage jewelry, charm locks and stone strands. A written request for a return must be received and acknowledged by Three Sisters Jewelry’s Customer Service within 7 days of package delivery. All original packaging, labels and tags must be attached when returning the items. Packages returned without original pieces are subject to a restocking fee. If your returned item qualified for free shipping, $12 will be deducted from your refund amount. In the event your order required additional shipping charges we reserve the right to charge the full amount beyond $12. Jewelry that has been worn will not be accepted.
Personalized Jewelry Return Policy
Personalized jewelry may be returned for store credit only. Please note that our Return Policy does not apply to Sale/Clearance Personalized Pieces or Personalization Custom Pieces - ie. custom metal options, recasting retired designs, custom engravings outside of our Text Visualizer tools and upgraded birthstones. Personalized sale items and Custom Personalized pieces are final sale. Tariff & Duties Policy on Returns
Please note that all international orders may be subject to customs duties, tariffs, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
For returned items, Three Sisters Jewelry will not reimburse, refund, or cover any tariffs, duties, or import fees originally paid by the customer. Any such costs remain non-refundable through our company, even if the order is returned for a refund, exchange, or store credit. If a piece is returned, Three Sisters Jewelry is not responsible for duties due at return.

Sale/Clearance Item Return Policy
Non-personalized Sale, Clearance and/or Ltd Edition pieces may be returned for store credit only. Personalized sale items and Custom Personalized pieces are final sale. Sale jewelry includes pieces that are reduced in price, listed under the Sale/Clearance category or are listed as Ltd Edition. A written request for a store credit return must be received and acknowledged by Three Sisters Jewelry’s Customer Service within 7 days of package delivery. If your returned item qualified for free shipping, $12 will be deducted from your refund amount. In the event your order required additional shipping charges we reserve the right to charge the full amount beyond $12. Store Credit
Returns of purchases made with store credit will be issued in the form of a store credit only
If store credit is used and customer elects to purchase a non-personalized piece, a future return will be issued in the form of a store credit only.
Manufacturing Defects
Defects in products must be reported in writing within 4 days of package delivery. A written notification must be received and acknowledged by Three Sisters Jewelry’s Customer Service within 4 days of package delivery. All original packaging, labels and tags must be attached when returning the items. Jewelry that has been worn or damaged will not be accepted.
