May I Return My Personalized Piece?

Personalized items refer to designs that are customized for you, including elements such as names, dates, initials, and birthstones. Since each piece is specifically made to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on personalized jewelry. However, our utmost priority is ensuring customer satisfaction. If you have any concerns or are unsatisfied with your purchase in any way, please reach out to our studio through written communication within seven days of receiving your item. We will make every effort to assist you and find a solution that meets your needs.

 

May I Return My Non-Personalized Piece?

New, non-personalized pieces are eligible for return within fourteen days from the date of package delivery. After this period, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns. We kindly ask you to initiate the return process promptly to avoid any inconvenience.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. **Submit a return request in writing** within seven days of package delivery. You can do this by filling out our Contact Form.
2. Ensure that the original tags are still attached to the piece you wish to return.
3. Wait for a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) to be issued by Three Sisters Jewelry.

Please note that return tags must be securely attached to the item you are returning. Unfortunately, we cannot make any exceptions to this requirement.

Shipping Costs and Refunds

If your returned item qualified for free shipping, the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund amount. We kindly ask for your understanding in this matter.

Upon receiving your return and verifying its eligibility, we will process your refund in the original manner of payment. Alternatively, you may opt for a store credit if you prefer. Please allow a reasonable amount of time for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

 

May I Return My Sale/Clearance Item?

For non-personalized Sale pieces, we offer returns for store credit only. We do not provide cash refunds for these items. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
  1. Return tags must be attached: To ensure a valid return, the original tags must be securely attached to the piece. We are unable to process returns without the tags.
  2. Submit a return request in writing: To initiate a return, you must submit a return request within seven days of package delivery. We require all return requests to be submitted in writing. You can easily submit a return request via our Contact Form.
  3. Valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization): A valid RMA must be issued by Three Sisters Jewelry before returning the item. This helps us track and process your return efficiently.

 

Do You Offer Free Returns or Do You Send Return Labels?

At Three Sisters Jewelry, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we do offer returns. It is important to note that we do not offer free returns. When returning a product, please keep the following points in mind:

- If a product qualified for free shipping during the initial purchase, the cost of the shipping label will be deducted from your return.
- In case you request a return label, a fee will also be deducted from your total refund amount.

We understand that returning a product can be inconvenient, but we believe in maintaining transparency and ensuring a fair process for both our customers and our business.

Our Guarantee

We stand behind our work and offer a 30-day guarantee from the date of purchase against all manufacturing defects. If you encounter any issues with your jewelry within this period, rest assured that we will take care of it. Our guarantee covers any manufacturing defects that may arise during normal wear and tear.

Repair Services

Beyond the initial 30-day guarantee, we are still here to assist you. Should you require a repair after the initial period, we are more than happy to help. Please note that repair costs will vary depending on the specific repair needed. Additionally, shipping and handling fees will apply.

To ensure a smooth process, we kindly request that you notify us in writing within seven days of the defect materializing. This allows us to promptly address the issue and provide you with the necessary support.

Chain Policy

While our guarantee covers most aspects of our jewelry, it is important to note that it does not apply to chains that have been pulled or snapped. We understand that accidents happen, and we recommend taking extra care when handling delicate chains to avoid any damage.

Returns and Damaged Products

At Three Sisters Jewelry Design, we strive to provide you with the best possible experience. However, please note that damaged product returns will not be accepted. We kindly ask that you inspect your purchase upon arrival and notify us immediately if any damage is present.

In the event that a product is returned in a damaged condition or without its original packaging, a repair/restocking fee will be issued. We have implemented this policy to ensure that we can continue to offer high-quality products to all our customers.
